Junior Account Manager

Flightradar24 is the leading flight tracking data provider to the aviation industry. We are looking for a versatile and hands-on Junior Account Manager to join our Commercial Services team and help our business customers get the most out of our extensive data services, whether it's to maximize efficiency, reduce costs and/or grow revenue.

You will be the primary Flightradar24 contact for a wide variety of aviation companies from around the world. To build trust and develop excellent working relationships you will engage with engineers as well as with senior managers on technical and non-technical matters alike. You are a great listener and problem solver who has the ability to present technical material effectively.

What you’ll do

  • Introduce prospective customers to our products and services
  • Introduce existing customers to new features
  • Technical pre-sales and customer on-boarding support
  • Proactive technical support and reactive troubleshooting
  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services as well as those of our competitors
  • Identify customer needs and growth opportunities

Who you are

  • Minimum 2 years account management experience
  • Strong technical background and interest. Ideally you have some programming experience
  • Strong business mindset
  • Enjoy helping people and solving problems
  • Fast learner with an appetite to dive into a complex industry. Ideally you have prior experience from the aviation industry
  • Strong written and verbal English (Swedish is not required for this role. Knowing French or German is a plus)
  • BA/BS degree in business or computer science
